Many documentation sources and spec-lists for the A4 (2008–2014 model run) include “Rear AC Vents” among the comfort features.
The official manual for the 2010 A4 describes rear air vents located in the centre console between the front seats.
However — and this is important — whether the vents are present depends on the “type” of air-conditioning system fitted. For example, in versions with the “Basic” A/C system, the opening for the rear centre-console vent is sealed — no vent is installed
In versions with the “Deluxe” (or “Comfort” / higher-spec) A/C system, the rear centre console vents are installed and functional.
