Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.
These terms and conditions for easy
return, cancellation or refund (hereinafter called “T&C” or “T&Cs”)
shall be applicable to all the buyers/customers along with the “General Terms and conditions” available
at Nayapurana website (hereinafter called “Nayapurana platform” or
“Platform”).
2.
These T&C’s describe the terms on
which a Buyer can return, cancel their Products purchased through Nayapurana
Platform or seek refund for such return or cancellation. All transactions on
the Platform shall be governed by these T&C’s.
3.
If a Buyer
purchases any product or service on the platform, he/she acknowledges that they
have read these T&C and give their unconditional acceptance and the
agreement to be legally bound by these T&C’s.
4.
The Buyer hereby
represent that he/she is fully able and competent to understand and agree to
the Terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and
warranties set forth in this policy and to abide by and comply with the terms
stated therein. If you are using the platform(s) on behalf of an Organisation
Company, you agree to this policy on behalf of that Organisation Company and
you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the Organisation Company.
5.
Any items
purchased from independent sellers listed on our platforms(s) are returnable
within a 10 calendar day period (independently known as “return window” and
collectively known as “return window'') except those that are explicitly
identified as not returnable. Product(s) marked as non-returnable including but
not limited to electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument
panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.), car body covers, bug & tar
remover, air fresheners cannot be returned;

An Item shall
be returnable only if they have been received physically damaged, or has
missing parts or accessories, or defective and or different from their
description on the product detail page of our platform. We are not obligated to
return/refund in case of non-compatibility, non-applicability and/or misjudgement
of products purchased.
7.
Shipping and
gateway charges commission are not subject to refund. The cost of return
shipping may be deducted from the amount refundable to you;
8.
The Returns
request shall be raised within the return window Only.
9.
The product(s)
are returned in its original condition without any tampered and no signs of
use, damage, scratches, grease or dents along with all its Original documents.
10.
While
returning the package, the customer should make sure that the products are
repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. In case of
damage during reverse transit, Nayapurana shall not be liable for any refunds
returns whatsoever.
11.
If you are
self-shipping an item consider using a trackable shipping service or/and
purchasing shipping insurance; In this case, we shall not be held responsible
if we do not receive the package from you.
12.
If your return
claim is rejected, we will send back the product(s), on the customers’ request
or scrap it after 30 days of keeping it in stock. The customer will be
responsible for paying all related shipping costs.
13.
Once we are
notified about your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of the return,
as the case may be, our quality check team shall inspect the product and
approve or reject the refund. If a request by you is placed and the seller does
not have the same product in stock, a refund would be automatically issued to
you;
14.
The refund
shall only be issued to the original source payment method within 5 to 7
working days of receiving the products at our facility.
15.
Users’ may
cancel an order before the order has been shipped by the company, the company may
accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the user(s). However, the
company may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped and or in
transit.
16.
Should you
object to this policy, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or
become dissatisfied with Nayapurana in any way, your only recourse is to
immediately discontinue the use of our platform(s).
17.
The liability
of Nayapurana and the Logistics Partner under all circumstances without
exception, be limited to the commission received by Nayapurana.
18.
In case of
any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and
these T&C’s, then the provisions of these T&C’s shall prevail.
19.
All disputes including but not limited
to transportation, shipping and delivery of any Shipment shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of the courts located in the city of Rewari.
